Getting started is a breeze
Simply complete the On-Hold Script Preparation Survey and click the send button. A Credit Union On Hold representative will respond with the first draft of your script within 2 days.
STEP 1.
Simply call us at 800-811-8282 or fill out our On Hold Script Preparation Survey and hit submit. This gives us the information we’ll need to begin crafting your on-hold messages. A Credit Union On Hold representative will then send your custom script to you and follow up with a phone call to discuss the equipment and program options to best suit your credit union.
STEP 2.
Credit Union On Hold will ship the proper digital equipment and your professional program to your credit union.
STEP 3.
Call us when you receive the equipment and a Credit Union On Hold representative will walk you through the installation process. It usually takes about 10 minutes. If necessary we will facilitate the installation through your telephone vendor or a telephone vendor in our network.
